What is being fit? If you are reading this, standing upright, you can be considered “fit”.

But probably that not the reason you are here? You crave and you want more…

In my 13 years as a physical training coach, I have been through many different aspects of physical performance, from aesthetic bodybuilding, powerlifting and CrossFit to locomotion movement flows, calisthenics, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. And I came to a realisation that the human body is an extraordinary moving machine, so complex and precise in its functions that one can hardly comprehend even if one tries.
It’s one whole unit and must be treated and trained as such, with a wide spectre of movements, loaded and unloaded to achieve the ultimate balance in physical performance through strength, mobility, endurance and agility.
Hence, I developed this special holistic approach to Strength, Wellness, and Longevity.
Which I teach to my students and clients. Because end of the day we want to live as long as possible, in a pain free and strong body that can not only go through but thrive in the hardest of environments and circumstances that life throws at us.

I do not offer quick fixes or the latest Instagram trends in “fat loss, booty building, 6 minutes to six pack or keto/paleo/fad diets as they are not sustainable, they do not work and frankly said are dangerous and destructive to your mind and body and will leave you as nothing but an empty and broken shell.
